Fellow cavers and friends, you are cordially invited to the 27th annual South East Kentucky
Caver Invitational, or SEKCI! The event, held on John Taylor's property in Knox County,
Kentucky, gets underway officially on Friday, July 12. However, attendees are welcome to arrive on
Thursday, July 11.
ABOUT THE VENUE
The land where SEKCI is held is in the Crane Nest community of Knox County, Kentucky. The
property is a secluded yet accessible hollow of thirty-four acres. Camping sites include sunny
meadows and shaded woodland. Amenities include a two-holer outhouse and a permanent
shower house, along with a six-person hot tub surrounded by a spacious deck attached to the
farmhouse. Near the lively campfire, attendees will find a structure where they can sit on a
covered porch.
